The executive committee is made up of two co-presidents and four vice-presidents who, with their teams of volunteers, manage and organize all JCC activities and initiatives.

This transition was motivated by his desire to work more closely with entrepreneurs in order to help them grow their businesses and achieve their objectives. Jessica DiCesare, Vice President Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst &Young BioJessica is a Senior Manager in EY's Transaction Advisory Services group, specializing in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements. In her 12 years at EY, including the last seven in Transaction Advisory Services, Jessica has advised on over 60 M&A transactions across a variety of industries, both domestically and internationally. Jessica's client base includes private and public companies, as well as private equity firms. Jessica is a CPA, CA and earned her Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University. After chairing JCC events such as an Interchamber Cocktail and the 2017 Promies, Jessica became involved as a Vice President of the JCC in 2017 and will continue as part of the JCC Executive Team for another term. |

Lauren Teblum, Vice President Former Chief Revenue Officer at Thinking Capital BioLauren Teblum, former Chief Revenue Officer of Thinking Capital, started with the company in 2006 as the first employee of the then Fintech start up. Thinking Capital was the first and now the largest alternative SMB bank lender in Canada. Over her 13-year tenure she created, built, managed and led all sales, service, partner and revenue driving channels that brought the company to $1B in sales under her leadership. Lauren is currently enjoying a brief "retirement" while looking for her next business to build and grow. |

Evan Paperman, Vice President Real Estate Developer at GEM Canada BioEvan is the co-founder of a real estate company specializing in the acquisition and redevelopment of multi-family residential and commercial properties in Montreal. They focus on mismanaged and undervalued assets in growing areas of Montreal and develop them to help reach their full potential and accommodate Montreal's vibrant housing market. A lawyer by training, Evan spent the first several years of his career practicing corporate law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg before transitioning into real estate. Evan has been involved with Federation CJA since his university days and currently sits on the Budget and Finance Committee as well as the Ethics and Governance Committee of the Board. |

Eric Greenberg, Director of the Jewish Chamber of CommerceBioBefore working at Federation CJA, Eric lived in Ottawa for four years where he earned his master's degree in Public Administration, later working various positions in government.
